Classroom Lightspeed Microphone/Speaker System not Working

If your lightpseed classroom microphone is not outputting sound even though it is charged use the following steps to re-pair the micrphone to the speaker:

1. From a powered-off state, stand close to the speaker and point the microphone toward the speaker
2. Press and hold the power button AND the volume up button for 5 seconds then release the button and let the pairing process finish.
3. The status light on the microphone will glow indicating the pairing process is complete.
