Keyboard Typing Incorrect Letters

This occurs when the keyboard layout is changed from English (US) to something else. This issue can be resolved from the lock screen or while logged in. To change the keyboard back to the proper layout:

  1. Click the quick settings button located at the bottom right of the screen

    Quick Settings

  2. Click Keyboard

    Keyboard Setting

  3. Select English (US)

    Keyboard English
